Where We Started

Heliosphere Industries is a sustainable design company founded by a husband-and-wife team, Chloe and William, and their longtime business partner, Wesley Robertson. After focusing on building Heliosphere Industries, we have added to our team by partnering with several other organizations who will be pivotal in helping with Heliospheres mission.

We strive to be eco-forward thinking and maintain an eco-conscious focus. We are inspired by Phi and Fibonacci and believe in synchronizing with nature. Our goal is to create products and services that are elegant, functional, and mindful of the environment. We also strive to support our local community and our humble beginnings.

From starting out his life path in Florida, he managed to become the assistant vice president of a large marina and yacht fleet management company at the age of 21, with an annual operating revenue of ten million dollars, prior to that position, he started his career in the field of marine construction, helping build and develop much of Florida’s intracoastal waterways and structures.

Over time, education became critical in the excelling of his journey, beginning his studies in construction management and eventually graduating magna cum laude in his school. During this time, he operated an environmental design and consultation firm, starting just from his spare room of his apartment, the pandemic allowed him to adjust and adapt to the new lifestyle that we all had to endure in the beginning.

The environmental design firm allowed him to proceed to the full front of the operations, designing and developing an average of 35 projects per month. With his constant goal in becoming a civil engineer, to continue building and strengthening his skillset, he, his wife (fellow founder, Chloe), and their daughter, moved to North Carolina to continue their journey of self-development.

William currently holds a lead design position at Cape Fear Engineering, where the top civil, environmental, and geotechnical engineers, as well as, architects and surveyors, all reside under one roof. William’s team leads all of the U.S. Military Special Operations design projects for the firm with an approximated 8 million dollar design budget. When it comes to secure designs and tight budgets, he has learned from the top government military officials in the state.
